A message from Melissa; “I don't want any customer of ours to feel that we did not meet their expectations. Therefore, if you are a customer and are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, contact us and let's find a fair and equitable resolution.” 

OUR POLICIES:


Jewelry

      EXCHANGES: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can, within 14 days of the date of your purchase, exchange it for another item of equal value. The customer is responsible for any shipping or postage fees involved.          

      REFUNDS: If you are dissatisfied for any reason and don't want to exchange it for an item of equal value, then within 14 days of the date of purchase, you can contact us and we will give you return instructions and extend a refund to you. The customer is responsible for any shipping or postage fees involved.

      DAMAGED or UNACCEPTABLE PURCHASES: If you purchase from us and your item is damaged, is of poor workmanship or poor quality, you can within five days of purchase, contact us and we will give you return instructions. You have the option of exchanging or getting a refund. Kylee Kreations will pay shipping or postage fees


Glass Art

       NON-COMMISSIONED ARTWORK: All sales of any Artwork are final. We will warrant against any defects or damages caused by Kylee Kreations. 

       COMMISSIONED ARTWORK: All sales of any Artwork are final. If you commission us to create a piece for you, you may be asked to place a deposit prior to us starting.  However, our policy is, "if you don't like it.....you don't have to take it" and in that case you would get your deposit back. Once you take possession, it's yours!
